The Consular District includes: St. Petersburg, Leningradskaya Oblast, Arkhangelskaya Oblast, Novgorodskaya Oblast, Murmanskaya Oblast, Pskovskaya Oblast, the Republic of Karelia, the
Komi Republic, Nenets Autonomous Okrug (District).

The Consulate General is open Monday to Friday from 09.00 till 13.00 and from 14.00 till 17.00.

Working hours of the Visa Section:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.00 till 12.00;
  • Travel companies and representatives with group applications are received on days mentioned above from 10.00 till 12.00;
  • The Visa Section is closed on Thursday;
  • Passports and decisions are given out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 16.00 till 16.30.
