The Petrozavodsk Office of the Consulate General of Finland in St. Petersburg issues visas and entry permits for the inhabitants of the Republic of Karelia. The Office renders Consular Services for the citizens of Finland, Northern countries and the EU. Besides, the aim of the Office is to promote the Finnish business and to protect its interests, to develop the export to Karelia and to maintain the relations with the local authorities. Alongside with these aims the Office is engaged in popularization of the Finnish language and culture in Karelia.

The Murmansk Office of the Consulate General of Finland in St. Petersburg issues visas and entry permits for the inhabitants of Murmanskaya Oblast and Arkhangelskaya Oblast. The Office is the official representation of Iceland and issues Icelandic visas.
The Office renders Consular Services to the citizens of Finland, Scandinavia and the EU. The Office is also engaged in popularization of the Finnish culture in Murmansk and maintains relations with the local authorities.
